A chain is only as good as the sprocket it runs on. Tooth form, hardness and concentricity decide whether a drive lasts a season or a decade. Our sprocket programme spans simplex through triplex, in pilot bore for machining to your own shaft and taper bore for fast, repeatable mounting on a standard taper bush.
- Pilot bore: finish-bore and keyway to your own shaft dimension, machined in-house.
- Taper bore: mount and remove on a standard taper bush without pullers.
- Hardened teeth: induction-hardened tooth flanks for high-cycle drives.
- Stainless steel: for washdown, food production and corrosive environments.
