Timing belt pulleys cut, bored and finished in our own workshops: standard profiles from stock material, special geometries from your drawing.
Pulleys Made to Order
A timing belt drive only performs if the pulley pitch, flange and bore are right for the belt and the shaft. Rather than force a standard part to fit, NTT machines timing belt pulleys to the drive: correct profile, correct width, bored and keyed to your shaft, with taper bush or clamping options where the drive has to come apart.
- Profiles: metric T and AT, imperial L, H and XH, plus HTD and STD curvilinear tooth forms.
- Materials: C45 steel, cast iron, aluminium and stainless steel.
- Bore options: pilot bore, finish bore with keyway, taper bush and clamping hub.
- Finishing: flanging, balancing, zinc or nickel plating and black oxide.
