V-belt pulleys and taper bushes machined to your shaft: classical and narrow sections, from single groove to multi-groove drives.
Pulleys Made to Order
V-belt drives are forgiving on alignment but unforgiving on groove geometry: the wrong angle or depth quietly eats belts. NTT turns V-belt pulleys on CNC lathes to the correct section profile, then bores, keys or bushes them for the shaft they will actually run on, including replacements for obsolete pulleys taken straight from the worn part.
- Sections: classical A, B, C and D plus narrow SPZ, SPA, SPB and SPC.
- Groove counts: single through multi-groove drives, dynamically balanced as required.
- Materials: cast iron, C45 steel and stainless steel.
- Mounting: pilot bore, finish bore with keyway, or standard taper bush.
